hurt my lower back bad while trying to carry my boy back to his bed.
confined to home as it hurts sitting and standing.
doc said if I don’t watch it, it might develop to slip disc.
taking medicine, rubbing chinese oil, and treating it with the chinese magic lamp.
oh boy.
and a strange vision.
